Hi everyone, I recently sent out an email to those that auditioned! Here it is! Also, I may have forgotten to add some people to the list so comment here and let me know.

Hello everyone!
If you’re receiving this email, it means you’ve been selected to participate in the Break Out International Music Video project! That, or you signed up to audition but never got around to sending us a clip! It’s not too late though; you can still participate as long as you follow all the rules in the email. This is going to be a long email, but it’s all important!
If you’re a translator, you’re also getting this email because we need your translations! Very soon!
We hope you all had a chance to look at the lyrics on the blog. If not, please go look at them now at: http://decembersunset.wordpress.com/2010/02/10/lyrics-lyrics-are-out/
We received many auditions and we’re glad there was such a good response. Below is a list of selected participants. If you’re receiving this email and your name is not on the list, please reply to this email with your first name, age and country. If you’re a translator and you sent your translation (but it’s not on this list), let us know. Singers, you will need you to reply to this email with the language you’ll be singing in if it wasn’t specified earlier. Please read the contents of this email very carefully!

You will all receive separate emails with the part of the song you’ve been assigned to, so please look out for that this week. All parts are due no later than March 27th. There will be a few follow up emails to remind you all.
No late parts will be accepted unless there is a special circumstance.
You will all need to upload your raw clips to a sharing site such as 4shared, mediafire or megaupload and include the link in an email with the following format:
Kym/17/USA
Singer/Dancer
Language: French
Part: (e.g Chorus 1, Verse 3…)
Link: 4shared.com/example
Translators, just attach your file to an email with the same details. Please name your files accordingly. If any of you are unfamiliar with those sites, let us know and we’ll arrange something else for you.
Singers, please use .mp3 files. If there is a problem with that, let us know in advance. Make sure your voice is clear and your words are audible, and your track timed with no background music or extra noise. Sing along to the song with the translated lyrics with headphones in so that we only hear your voice and not the song.
Dancers, please use the following file extensions: .mp4, .avi
Film yourself in a well-lit area and try to include your country’s flag visibly in the video. If possible, wear an item of red clothing.
There are a lot of rules, but that’s only because we want this to turn out really well! We’re so excited for the final project and we hope our message is portrayed and we can show everyone just how much TVXQ means to us all!
If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to email us back!
TVXQ FIGHTING!
